Terms and Conditions.
Prices.
The prices are set at the time of booking and do not include holiday insurance, airfares, ferries, car hire or train fares to and from the accommodation. All prices quoted in Euros.
Booking.
A deposit will be required to secure your booking, if the deposit is not received with in severn days of the provisional booking, the dates you are inquiring about will be available, and on offer to others.
Deposit payment.
The deposit is payable by Bank Transfer. This payment is then deducted from the balance.
Insurance.
Our charges do not include holiday insurance. It is advisable to get your own holiday and health insurance.
Cancellation.
If you wish to cancel after the deposit is paid and confirmed. You must contact us immediately, you will then receive our cancellation email. The cancellation will only be effective from you receiving our email. Deposits are not refundable.
We do reserve the right to cancel bookings due to uncontrollable or unforeseen circumstances/reasons. In this case we will offer you an alternative date in the same year.
Disclaimer.
We of Ebro Fishing, Tortosa except no responsibility for loss or damage to your property, and we will not be held responsible for any accidents or personal injury, or death.
We Reserve The Right To End or Terminate Any Persons Holiday, If They Act In An Un-Professional or Un-Sportsman like Manor.
